Four layers, built in order.

Observation first, because a forecast built on unverified inputs is worse than no forecast — it converts a guess into something that looks like knowledge. Each layer is only started once the one beneath it can be checked.

01 Terminal The observation layer. Every located disruption from 49 public feeds on one screen, each record carrying its publisher and timestamp. Live 02 Atropos The consequence layer. Break something — a strait, a supplier, a grid — and follow the recorded dependencies to see what stops, and roughly how soon. Live 03 Oracle The prediction layer. Turns the statistical signals already visible in the Terminal into forecasts that carry a published accuracy record. How it works

Collect, attribute, connect, check.

Four steps, run continuously. Each is documented in full — the methodology gives the formulas, the gates and the failure modes.

Step 01Collect Forty-nine feeds on their own cadences, from instrument networks to statistical agencies to coded datasets. Every run logged, every feed's health visible. Continuous Step 02Attribute Each record is ranked by how it was established and keeps its publisher and both timestamps — when the source published, and when we first saw it. The standard

The accuracy record is public, including the misses.

Most intelligence products ask to be trusted. This one publishes how often its signals actually preceded a confirmed event, scored against a null baseline, with the failures shown beside the successes. Where the sample is too small to support a claim, it says so rather than printing a number.

Every record is labelled by how it was established — direct measurement, official body, research-grade dataset, model output, or a single press report — so you can decide what to rely on rather than taking an aggregate on faith.
